The Role:
We are currently seeking an energetic and self-motivated Sales Representative to join our growing sales team. As a Sales Representative, you will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
This role will be responsible for selling the Xmars marketplace ads management platform. Xmars, leverages advanced AI to put you in control of complex ecommerce ads ecosystems, enabling maximum profits. XMARS empowers you with automated recommendations, flexible bid management, insights on competitors, unparalleled data analysis tools and unmatched customer service to help ensure you consistently sell more.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients through outreach activities, networking, and other sales techniques.
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
- Achieve sales targets and quotas on a regular basis.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients.
- Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotes to clients.
- Negotiate and close sales deals, including contract negotiation.
- Provide excellent customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
- Stay updated on product knowledge, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and customer service, to ensure a coordinated approach to sales and customer satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records and reports.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of proven experience in sales or a related field, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in ecommerce, AI SaaS, Amazon Marketing services, and/or other retail media advertising sales channels.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a strong drive to succeed.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Results-oriented mindset with a sense of urgency and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and adjust sales strategies accordingly.
- Proficient in using sales tools and CRM software.
