Marketing Specialist
Location: Seattle. Hybrid - must be within a commutable distance to the Seattle office for in-person meetings as needed.

Key Responsibilities | What you will be doing:
- Create and execute brand awareness and lead generation campaigns in both organic(social, SEO, review sites) and performance marketing channels (paid social, email, online video)
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather insights and create compelling and high performing content funnels across channels including blog posts, reports, case studies, and more.
- Optimize content for SEO to drive organic traffic and increase brand visibility.
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics and adjust strategies as needed.
- Analyze user behavior and engagement data to optimize the customer journey and increase conversion rates.
- Plan and implement an A/B tests to continuously improve cost effectiveness of marketing activities
- Prepare various marketing reports to brief stakeholders on key performance indicators (KPIs)
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and incorporate best practices into social media efforts, Digital Marketing and B2B Marketing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
- 2+ years of marketing experience in the tech or e-commerce industry is preferred.
- Proficiency in marketing automation platforms and tools (e.g., HubSpot, Marketo, etc.).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to track and measure marketing campaign performance.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with the ability to generate innovative marketing ideas.
- Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
