Top-notch customer service skills (especially over the phone and by text), passion for changing people’s lives, a strong work ethic, a sense of humor, and the ability “to close”, are all requirements for the job. Must have at least 1 year of admissions or sales experience, with experience working with foreign students is a BIG plus. Our current staff is diverse and dynamic. This will include the following: • Communicate with potential students via email, phone, and text • Successfully manage a database of leads (Hubspot experience a plus) • Schedule and give school tours - both remotely and in-person • Ability to convert at least 1 out of 10 leads successfully.
