Job Description

We are looking for a hands-on Special Projects Team Supervisor to lead and assist with various warehouse rework and kitting projects. This role involves physical labor, quality control, and team coordination to ensure projects are completed efficiently and accurately.

• Supervise and assist with rework projects, including checking for product damages and relabeling.
• Oversee kitting operations, assembling bottles, inserts, and components into complete packages.
• Build floor displays and prepare products for retail distribution.
• Pull, organize, and track inventory for ongoing warehouse projects.
• Maintain quality control standards to ensure accuracy and product integrity.
• Communicate effectively with team members and leadership to meet deadlines and project goals.

Qualifications

• 1–3+ years of warehouse or logistics experience preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
• Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or in a team setting.
• Comfortable with physical labor, including lifting and moving materials.
• Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and project updates.
