Job Description
The Specialist, Enterprise Business Services, plays a critical role in supporting and optimizing enterprise-level business processes and systems. This individual ensures seamless service delivery by collaborating across departments to identify inefficiencies, drive process improvements, and leverage technology to meet organizational goals. The role requires a blend of analytical, technical, and communication skills to support enterprise-wide initiatives and maintain high service standards.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology, Mathematics, Finance, or related area AND 1 – 3 years of experience in Benefits, Customer Service, and MS Office Suite
Pay range: $19/hour.
Schedule: Subject to change based on the needs of the business.
