  • Responsibilities

    Job Description

    The purpose of this job is, with supervision from the manager, marketing communications, to develop and execute comprehensive and integrated communications campaigns that leverage a variety of channels and mediums.

    1. Support the development and execution of comprehensive communications campaign plans and creative materials, including: branding, campaign messaging, channel plans and content production
    2. Develop briefs and provide creative direction to internal and agency design partners
    3. Ensure materials are aligned with brand guidelines
    4. Collaborate with communications business partners, business area experts and cross-functional marketing partners to develop comprehensive and integrated communications campaigns that leverage a variety of internal and external channels and mediums
    5. Plan and maintain the internal marketing calendar alongside key business areas for core internal channels, including company intranet, newsletters, digital screens and podcasts
    6. Support the publication of content and internal communications messages within core internal channels
    7. Assist with planning, coordination and execution of internal team member events and activations
    8. Coordinate and execute photoshoots, videoshoots, podcasts and other content production
    9. Contribute to the measurement and analysis of the impact of internal marketing in collaboration with communications business partners, business area experts and the data analytics team
    10. Assist in the maintenance and usage of company brand guidelines across communications content and materials
    11. Model behaviors that support the company’s common purpose and virtues; ensure guests and team members are supported at the highest level
    12. Ensure all activities are in compliance with rules, regulations, policies, and procedures
    13. Complete other duties as assigned
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications or similar field required
    • Minimum two – three years’ experience in a marketing, brand or communications role required

    Specialized Knowledge

    • Advanced Microsoft Office skills
    • Proficient in Associated Press (AP) Style writing

    • Demonstrated ability to think creatively and adapt marketing plans to best meet the needs of the business
    • Demonstrated ability to execute on multiple projects simultaneously and consistently deliver high quality results
    • Detail oriented
    • Strong communication, interpersonal and presentation skills and ability to expand relationships
    • Self-motivated and results driven and able to work independently with some supervision

    $57,190-$57,190 per year
