Job Description
The Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and running the day to day for internship and early career programs under the guidance of the Director, Talent Acquisition. This will include the recruitment processes, career development conversations, and workshops. The Specialist will drive internship and recruitment programs intended to create a pool of talented candidates for entry to mid-management professional positions for both back of house and park facing management. The suite of programs will include, but not limited to, managing the Campus2Careers internship program for USH, internal UShine internship program, liaising with UDX, NBCU and Comcast on leadership development programs and candidates, focus on developing relationships both internally and externally. The Specialist will partner heavily with HR partners across USH to execute and create meaningful career growth opportunities within their client bases.
