    Job Description

    A Marketing Merchandising Specialist is responsible for creating, managing, and distributing marketing materials that support our company's promotional and product launch efforts. This role involves collaborating with commercial marketing and design teams to produce printed materials such as brochures, price and specification catalogs, promotional goods, signage, and other print marketing materials as needed. This person will ensure that materials align with marketing requests, target audience needs, and marketing strategies. They may also manage inventory, print vendor relationships, coordinate printing and production workflow, track the effectiveness of materials, and ensure timely delivery for events, campaigns, or sales teams. Attention to detail, creativity, and strong organizational skills are keys to success in this role.

    This role is remote with the expectation to report to the Jasper, IN office about 1-2 days per week for in-person proofing, sample reviews, light booth reviews, and other situations that necessitate in-person meeting or collaboration.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Receive assignments through the Marketing Workflow Process with the ability to execute the requested marketing media.
    • Must be able to collect and deliver the requested materials back to the stakeholder in a timely manner, receive feedback and manage the project execution.
    • Maintain knowledge of vendor capabilities and material variations or the ability to communicate that information from the vendor to the stakeholder accurately is a requirement.
    • Manage the overall production process, including the relationship with the external vendors.
    • Inventory track and reporting.
    • Manage materials distribution and coordination of logistics and timing.
    • Assist in budget management, including PO creation, quoting, and invoice receipt.
    • Handle multiple departmental cross collaborations as well as build relationships with stakeholders.
    • Develops in-depth knowledge of all MasterBrand strategic business units. Leverages ideas from other reviews and co-workers to provide value-added recommendations and best practices to others.
    • Consistently demonstrates the MasterBrand Way, positioning the company for growth and helping identify opportunities to reduce waste, complexity, and improve our work environment.
    • Demonstrates teamwork by responsively collaborating with the management and staff, sharing information and ideas, proactively seeking, and accepting constructive feedback, and accepting additional assignments when appropriate.

    • Participates in company efforts related to ethics and compliance activities.
    • Performs other duties as assigned.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 1+ years of prior experience in a Brand or Marketing Communications, or Business Management in a related area.
    • High School Diploma or GED equivalent required.
    • Production process experience.
    • Basic graphic, file and layout understanding.
    • Project Management skills preferred.
    • Understanding of production to an established budget, production runs and overages.
    • Vendor relationship management experience.
    • Highly organized with attention to detail.
