The Operations & Technology talent team at NBCUniversal is looking for a creative, high-energy Talent and Pipeline Program Specialist. Reporting to the Director, Pipeline Strategy and Operations, this role is right for you if you aspire to focus on early career development or support as an HR Business Partner and want a broad work experience to uncover your ideal path.
We support the Operations & Technology business unit across NBCU with a population of approximately 4,000 employees globally. Our client group powers major NBCU events like the Olympics , National Elections , popular TV shows, revered News programs, and much more, and they have a direct hand in influencing culture around the World.
In this role, you’ll assist in the management of early career pipelines like our Media Tech Internship and Media Tech Associate Rotational Programs. You’ll learn how we forecast and plan a recruiting season, curate an inclusive cohort experience, and serve as HR contact for the group. You will also act as a liaison between our team and our Corporate Social Responsibility team on all Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion partnerships and early STEM pipeline initiatives.

This position has been designated as hybrid , generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
This position is eligible for company sponsored benefits, including medical, dental and vision insurance, 401(k), paid leave, tuition reimbursement, and a variety of other discounts and perks.
