Job Description
We are looking for a Specialist of Learning to drive and support the day-to-day Team Member experience for On-the-Job Training and other specific training needs of the Theme Park and City Walk. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of operational training within the hospitality industry. You’ll need to be innovative, agile, and always seek to push the boundaries of the status quo. However, you must also have a relentless focus on practical application that is grounded in the realities of what our Team Members face day-to-day.

At the core of this role, you will:
· Work with the Manager of Learning to develop and deliver “Best-In-Class” learning solutions that meet the needs of the business.
· This position supports the development of frontline, lead and supervisory training programs and initiatives for new hire onboarding and specific training needs.
· Partner with broader L&OD team programs (Talent Development, Organizational Development, etc.) to leverage their assistance, and input on learning solutions.
