You'll be responsible for organizing and teaching exercise classes for a range of various-sized groups. While we want our programs to be physically challenging, we also prioritize safety and matching the fitness levels of our participants. Responsibilities: • Provide excellent customer services according to company standards • Develop classes that are physically challenging, while keeping students engaged and safe • Teach fitness classes to different-sized groups of fitness studio members and guests • Motivate customers to continue exercising and help make healthy choices • Employ the use of social media and networking to promote studio programs, classes, and new memberships Qualifications: • Outstanding time management and organizational skills • This role requires fitness instructor certification • Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills with customers and coworkers • Possess a high school diploma or equivalent certification (GED) • Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Compensation: 40,000 - 60,000
