    Specialty Networks, LLC, is seeking a MEMBER DEVELOPMENT SUPPORT SPECIALIST to join our growing team.

    The Member Support Specialist will be responsible for supporting Director, Member Development field team on annual goals and objectives for creating clinical, operational, and economic value for the members in the network. Through Member Development support, this position is accountable for the day-to-day communications with the Director, Member Development team to obtain their goals and objectives on aligning Specialty Networks solutions to the needs of their target members, through clinical, operational, and economical outcomes specific to each individual member.

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Onboarding assistance with new members, emailing declaration forms to members and navigating signed copies for processing to Contracts team
    • Assists updating contact names and numbers/emails into Salesforce to always keep an organized Member Profile
    • Understand and communicate member contracts and services, as requested for members
    • Provide accurate information to members to ensure they are equipped to maximize contract performance and rebates
    • Communicate member needs, as it relates to member development opportunities and facilitate these needs in a timely manner to the aligned Director, Member Development
    • Understands the full Champs and COE strategy to support the field team in any capacity to achieve completion of target list
    • Scheduling support for Champs/COE/Virtual event dates and schedules to align with appropriate travel coverage for Director, Member Development
    • Supports Operations team, as needed, on appropriate clinical, education and scheduling operations for member programs in coordination with the Director, Member Development
    • Proficient in the use of Salesforce for inputting, disseminating, and cultivating Member data and for updating real time communications with the field team
    • Expedite field requests and timelines to meet goals and deadlines to efficiently allow for development of outcomes with our members
    • Assists in identifying attendees for Patient Nav, APP, Summit’s, and conferences in coordination with their Director, Member Development.
    • Additional duties, as assigned

    EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE:

    • Experience in Microsoft Office Suite, including but not limited to Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
    • Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM, but not necessary

    • ORGANIZATIONAL: Demonstrated organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects at once and move quickly from one to another while maintaining thorough records of pertinent information.
    • TEAMWORK: Balances team and individual responsibilities. Ability to work with a diverse group utilizing well developed communication skills.
    • CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS: Incorporates and demonstrates customer service punctuality in dealing with Member Development field team to achieve the organization’s goal of providing a quality and comprehensive membership experience.
    • ADAPTABILITY/FLEXIBILITY: Ability to adapt to constantly changing circumstances while maintaining a professional perspective. Engages in continuous learning, adjusts the application of knowledge, skills and abilities while addressing new challenges as contextual realities change.
