    Position Overview

    We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team. This role focuses on Early Intervention and involves providing in-home therapy services, with occasional Telehealth sessions as requested.

    Responsibilities

    Conduct comprehensive speech-language assessments to determine eligibility for services

    Evaluate, diagnose, and treat speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders

    Develop and implement individualized treatment plans

    Provide family and caregiver education to support therapy outcomes

    Carry out Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals

    Maintain detailed client records, including progress reports and care plans

    Collaborate with families, caregivers, and other professionals to ensure holistic care

    Qualifications

    โœ” Masterโ€™s degree in Speech-Language Pathology โœ” CCC-SLP certification and California state licensure (required) โœ” Ability to work flexible hours โœ” Strong organizational and communication skills โœ” Experience with children and early intervention (preferred) โœ” Bilingual in Spanish (preferred, but not required) โœ” CFYs are encouraged to apply

    Position Details

    Part-time (minimum 5 hours per week)

    Flexible schedule (daytime, after school, evenings, and weekends as needed)

    Home-based therapy services with occasional Telehealth sessions
