  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
    • Strong work ethic and commitment to quality patient care
    • Exceptional communication skills to connect with diverse patients
    • Professionalism, integrity, and ethical standards in the workplace
    • Experience with evidence-based treatment approaches
    • CPR and first aid certification (preferred)

    Your Role:

    • Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, communication, or swallowing challenges
    • Design and implement effective, individualized treatment programs
    • Counsel patients and their families on testing results and recommended treatment plans
    • Set clear goals and expectations for treatment in collaboration with patients
    • Accurately document and report patient progress
    • Work closely with support staff and external agencies per state guidelines
