We are seeking virtual Speech-Language Pathologists for school-based Assignments in PA to join our team in assessing, treating, and managing speech-language caseloads of all grade levels. Inclusive school site, collaborative SpEd team & staff, average to below-average caseload size – it’s a perfect position!

Responsibilities:
Provide evidence-based therapy plans, goals, and therapeutic treatment for speech/language disorders.
Evaluate and implement standardized tests for accurate diagnosis of communication disorders.
Case Management for students on caseload
Attend, facilitate, and write legally compliant/defensible IEPs
Provide supervision for a CF or SLPA if needed or as appropriate.
Performs other related duties as assigned by management.
Attend training as requested, collaborate, and provide support to other SPED teachers/specialists as well as GE staff.
Limited travel estimated to be less than 20% of the time for community events, professional development, and state testing.
Qualifications:
REQUIRED: Current SLP License valid in the state of Pennsylvania
Master's Degree in Speech Pathology or Communication Disorders
All state & federal clearances required by PDE for school-based personnel
Experience supervising SLP Assistant (SLPA)
Familiarity with administering virtual assessments
Experience with Case Management, IEP Writing, & SEIS
Knowledge of Pennsylvania Special Education law & regulations
Must have a strong desire to work with a wide array of populations
Exercise good judgment in prioritization - complete assigned tasks without supervision
Ability to build rapport with staff
Excellent written skills and efficient verbal communication at all organizational levels
