ABC is seeking skilled and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologists to work part-time during the school year. Our ideal candidate has experience in a school setting, a genuine passion for helping children overcome communication, speech and language challenges, and is dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to both children and their families.
Responsibilities
Flexible schedule
Plan and write IEP goals and objectives
Perform speech-language re-evaluations
Implement treatment plans, adjusting as needed to ensure successful outcomes
Maintain excellent records of student needs, care, and outcome
Work closely with students and their families and teachers to ensure they have the knowledge and tools they need for success
Qualifications
Active state license for practicing speech therapy
Master's degree and Certificate of Clinical Competence
Experience in a school setting
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organizational skills
Passion for helping children
Positive outlook about profession
Familiarity with basic computer programs, such as the Microsoft Office suite
