Position Overview:
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech and Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our interdisciplinary team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assessing, diagnosing, and treating speech, language, and communication disorders, with a focus on creating individualized treatment plans for our diverse client base.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations and assessments.
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to each client's needs.
- Collaborate with our team of behavior analysts, therapists, and caregivers to ensure a holistic approach to treatment.
- Provide parent and caregiver training and support to promote carryover of skills outside the clinic.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation on client progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and team meetings.
Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program.
- Current North Carolina state licensure or eligibility for licensure.
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred.
- Experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities, including Autism Spectrum Disorder, is a plus.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team.
