ABOUT THE POSITION:
Turning Point USA is seeking a highly driven and motivated individual who is interested in joining TPUSA's Sponsorship Team. This individual will work closely with internal departments to execute, track, and manage sponsorship logistics and deliverables. The candidate must be extremely organized, professional, and punctual as they will be interacting with high-level executives, talent/personalities, and business leaders.
Primary Responsibilities:
As a Sponsorship Administrator, you will be responsible for overseeing the logistical aspects of sponsorships for TPUSA events, podcasts, and related initiatives. Your duties will include:
- Coordinating sponsorship logistics for TPUSA events, podcasts, and sponsored influencer campaigns, ensuring smooth execution from start to finish.
- Managing deliverables for current event and podcast sponsors, ensuring their needs are met and delivering the highest level of customer service.
- Collaborating with the Events and Production departments to develop and deliver sponsorship deliverables.
- Coordinating with the Graphic Design team to ensure the timely creation and distribution of event and sponsorship collateral, including materials for live events and podcasts.
- Overseeing the production and distribution of event and sponsor-related materials, ensuring all content is accurate, high-quality, and delivered on time.
- Managing the logistics for sponsor participation in events and podcasts, including booth setup, speaker coordination, and promotional materials.
- Maintaining accurate records of sponsor commitments, contracts, and payments, and ensuring timely invoicing and follow-up on outstanding payments.
- Using project management tools to track key timelines, deliverables, and sponsor interactions, ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved.
- Collaborating with the Events team to ensure all sponsor needs are met, including logistics for on-site activation, digital promotions, and event experiences.
- Supporting the execution of sponsorship agreements and contracts, ensuring that all deliverables and obligations are tracked and fulfilled.
- Reviewing sponsorship performance and key logistics metrics to optimize processes and improve future event outcomes.
The ability to work collaboratively as a professional team player while effectively managing multiple tasks in high-pressure environments is essential for success in this role.

- 1+ years of professional experience
