Our ideal candidate is personable, committed to cultivating an excellent rapport with every client, and has experience with varied physical conditions treatable with massage therapy. Responsibilities: • Assess and advise on each client’s unique needs, taking into consideration their level of stress, physical condition, and medical history, and offer recommendations for types of massage and treatment • Give clients suggestions for wellness maintenance such as stretches and stress relief techniques • Maintain treatment records, monitor client progress, and follow up on their treatment plans • Treat clients safely and effectively using the appropriate therapeutic massage techniques that meet their needs • Offer supplementary services or products that complement the client’s treatment plan Qualifications: • Adequate knowledge of a variety of massage techniques such as reflexology, sports massage, Swedish massage, and deep-tissue massage • Completion of a massage therapy program preferred • +1 years of massage therapy experience • Must have graduated high school or received an equivalent degree • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Prenatal experience, training, or willingness to learn to work on this demographic in a family practice setting
