    Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Sports Massage Therapist proficient in various soft tissue techniques to join our dynamic team.

    The ideal candidate will have experience in: Myofascial Release: Applying gentle, sustained pressure to the myofascial connective tissue to alleviate pain and restore motion.

    Cupping Therapy: Utilizing cups to create suction on the skin, aiding in the treatment of chronic pain, fatigue, and inflammation.

    Stretching Techniques: Implementing methods such as proprioceptive neuromuscular facilitation (PNF) to enhance flexibility and range of motion.

    Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Mobilization (IASTM): Employing tools to effectively break down fascial restrictions and scar tissue.

    Additional Soft Tissue Techniques: Including deep tissue massage, trigger point therapy, and other modalities to support patient recovery and performance.

    Responsibilities:

    Conduct thorough assessments to understand clients specific needs and develop tailored treatment plans.

    Administer sports massage therapies to address injuries, muscular imbalances, and postural issues.

    Educate clients on injury prevention, rehabilitation exercises, and overall wellness.

    Collaborate with our chiropractic and rehabilitation team to ensure comprehensive patient care.

    Assist front desk during down time

    Qualifications:

    Valid Massage Therapy License in the state of Texas.

    Certification or specialized training in myofascial release, cupping therapy, IASTM, and related techniques.

    Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Sports Massage Therapist.

    Strong understanding of human anatomy, physiology, and kinesiology.

    Excellent communication skills and a commitment to patient-centered care.
