Job Summary
We are experiencing rapid growth in the Hot Springs community and are looking for fun, motivated individuals to join our teams. Our outpatient physical therapy clinics specialize in Orthopedics and Sports Medicine.
We recently expanded to 4 locations, two offices in Hot Springs and two offices in Hot Springs Village (a gated retirement community about 20 miles north of Hot Springs). We are looking to expand our mission of helping 3000 Arkansans each year by 2025. Our focus is to help our community live their lives to the fullest by helping them overcome their physical challenges! We have a strong group of teammates that have bought into our 6 main core values. Our goal is to provide compassionate physical therapy to our clients so they can live their lives without limits while avoiding unnecessary medications, injections, or surgeries.

Our therapists are self-motivated, organized, and caring individuals who want to make a difference in the lives of our clients. You need a PTA license in good standing to practice in the state of Arkansas. We prefer 2-3 years of experience, however, we will consider those with less experience if they are the right candidate, We are willing to mentor those with less experience. We are looking for a full-time professional.
Responsibilities
Implement selected components of care and interventions in a technically competent manner
Instruct and counsel patients effectively in exercises
Identify patient’s needs and exhibit compassion, caring, and empathy for individual differences
Recommend options, courses of action, or modifications in selected treatments ensure the patient’s progress, safety, and comfort
Apply the latest research related to restoring function, reducing symptoms frequency, and preventing injury
Complete documentation to support the delivery of physical therapy services
Perform selected data collection and obtain accurate information
Measure performance and report on patient’s medical record
Participate in patient status judgments
Participate in various weekly meetings
Adhere to ethical and legal standards
Ensure continued competence and updated field knowledge
Qualifications
Proven working experience as a physical therapist assistant
Excellent knowledge of physiology best practices and standards
Hands-on experience with therapeutic exercises, functional training, and physical modalities
Ability to communicate and instruct effectively
Healthcare administration and documentation skills
License to practice or relevant certification
Associate degree as a PTA
Physical Therapy Assistant Experience: 1 year (Preferred)
CPR Certification (Preferred)
Licensed Physical Therapy Assistant (Preferred)
