We seeking umpires that are interested in working the Club College Regional Playoff Games from May 2 - May 4 in Little Rock, Arkansas.

Responsibilities:

*** Must have some High School Officiating Experience specifically in Baseball"

- Officiate sports games, ensuring fair play and enforcing rules

- Communicate effectively with players, coaches, and spectators
- Resolve conflicts or disputes that may arise during games
- Know general rules of baseball
- Be flexible to adjust rules based on individual park or league rules
- Ensure the safety of all participants during sports events

Skills:
- Desire to officiate baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports games
- Be open and willing to be trained on officiating baseball, softball, flag football, or other sports games **
- Must have some High School Officiating Experience**
- Strong communication skills to interact with players, coaches, and spectators
- Ability to manage conflicts and make quick decisions in high-pressure situations
