    Position Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Physical Therapist committed to patient-focused care. You will provide comprehensive evaluations, design tailored treatment plans, and implement effective therapeutic interventions to achieve optimal patient outcomes.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Conduct detailed assessments to identify functional impairments

    • Create and execute individualized treatment plans

    • Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques including manual therapy, exercise prescription, and modalities

    • Educate patients and caregivers about recovery processes and preventive care

    • Document and communicate patient progress clearly and accurately

    • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient care

    • Engage in community education and wellness initiatives

    Qualifications:

    • Doctorate or Master’s degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program

    • Current Texas Physical Therapy license

    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills

    • Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary team environment

    • Dedication to ongoing professional growth

    Preferred Experience:

    • Experience in outpatient orthopedic or sports medicine settings

    • Proficiency in manual therapy techniques

    • Interest or experience in integrating fitness and rehabilitation

    $75,000-$90,000 per year
