    Full-time or part-time

    Client: Our client has provided high-quality physical therapy and sports medicine services since 1997. They have over 70 facilities in NJ, NY & FL, all equipped with state-of-the-art rehabilitation technology. Whether you've been injured while playing sports, at work, or in a car accident, their experienced therapists are dedicated to helping you recover.

    Position: Our client is seeking a Physical Therapist with a passion for helping others and a commitment to excellence. This role will be an important part of their patient-focused healthcare team, providing personalized and evidence-based care to diverse patients.

    Compensation and benefits:

    • $85K++ salary with a productivity bonus AND sign-on bonus

    Requirements:

    • Current NJ state licensure as a Physical Therapist
    • Strong clinical and interpersonal skills

    Responsibilities:

    • Full-time 12-8pm or part-time 3-8pm
    • Treatment and Rehabilitation: Administer evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including exercises, manual techniques, and modalities to aid patients in recovery and improvement of physical function.
    • Educate and Empower: Educate patients and their families on their conditions and treatment options, empowering them to actively participate in their recovery.
    • Progress Tracking: Regularly evaluate and adjust treatment plans based on patient progress and feedback.
    • Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed patient records, ensuring compliance with all legal and ethical standards.
    • Collaboration: Work closely with a multidisciplinary healthcare team to provide comprehensive patient care.
    • Continuing Education: Stay current with the latest research and treatment techniques to enhance your skills and knowledge in physical therapy.
