    COMPANY BACKGROUND:

    Spotless Car Wash Brands (“Spotless” or the “Company”, formerly known as Car Wash Owners Network) is the premier multi-brand operator in the $13bn+ U.S. car wash market. With the backing of Access Holdings, a Baltimore-based private equity firm with $1bn+ of assets under management, Spotless has built leading positions in the highly attractive Phoenix, Denver, Northern Virginia, Washington DC, Maryland, and Oklahoma City markets through its partnerships with Cobblestone Auto Spa, Flagship Car Wash, and Okie Express Auto Wash. Spotless is purpose-built to partner with premium car wash operators in premium markets and to provide them with the capital, operational systems and expertise, growth resources, and organizational infrastructure as needed to scale extraordinarily quickly while executing at a world-class level.

     

    Spotless currently operates a leading network of 80+ express and full-service car wash locations in its existing markets and has an active pipeline of acquisitions under letter of intent and new sites in development that will increase its network to 150+ locations over the next 12 months. This expansion plan will make the Company one of the top five car wash operators in the United States.

     

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The Corporate Development Manager will work closely with the Chief Development Officer and Spotless’ local development partners to source, analyze, negotiate and execute M&A and real estate transactions. The Corporate Development Manager will be a critical player in a hyper-growth organization where no two projects are the same and where effective communication across functional teams, both internal and external, is the difference between success and failure.

     

    ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS

    · Support the Company’s M&A and de novo site development initiatives through financial analysis, projections, and return on capital analyses.

    · Support due diligence efforts for new platform acquisitions and add-on acquisitions to existing platforms.

    · Prepare financial models, presentations and site memos for Company leadership and its Board of Directors.

    · Assist with negotiation, structuring and execution of M&A and real estate transactions in multiple markets.

    · Coordinate seamless transitions between development, construction and operations.

    · Assist with direct relationship management of third-party advisors, including real estate brokers and attorneys.

    · Manage multiple development projects simultaneously while maintaining and updating a clear pipeline tracking tool to monitor progress and timelines.

    · Willingness to travel on-demand, as-needed.
