What Can We Do For You:

• Competitive pay: $27-$35 per hour, depending on experience.

• Opportunity for crew leader bonus up to $200/week.

Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain a custom-built low-pressure spray foam rig.

• Prepare job sites for spray foam application, including setup and cleanup.

• Apply spray foam insulation according to customer specifications, ensuring high-quality workmanship.

• Troubleshoot and perform minor repairs on spray foam equipment.

• Work collaboratively with a small crew to complete installations efficiently and safely.

Qualifications:

• Minimum 2 years of experience operating a spray foam rig and installing closed-cell spray foam insulation.

• Familiarity with the NYSERDA program requirements is a plus.

• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.

• Commitment to safety and attention to detail.

• Willingness to learn the company's specific spray foam application process and equipment.

• Clean driving record and ability to pass a DOT physical exam.
