The Milagro Spa at the Rock Road Genesis Health Club location is OPENING SOON, and we are seeking a highly professional, dependable, Spray Tan Technician to join our team! PT position available, must be willing to work a set schedule, including one weeknight and weekend shift. Commission percentage ranges from 30%-45% and is based on experience and skillset.

The Esthetician/Cosmetologist at the Milagro Spa is responsible for providing exceptional spray tan treatments to promote clear, glowing, healthy skin, overall wellness, and rejuvenation. This role requires a high level of expertise in various skincare techniques and the ability to deliver personalized experiences tailored to each client's needs and preferences. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong knowledge of skin care esthetics and a passion for well-being. Requirements and Qualifications:

Esthetician or Cosmetologist certification/license required

Experience working with and/ or knowledge of Norvell Tanning

Relevant Experience Preferred (at least 1 year working in a spa or salon setting)

Profound understanding various Spray Tan techniques, and willingness to train on our Milagro Spa protocols and techniques.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and address their concerns

Adherence to a high standard of professionalism and ethical conduct

Ability to work evenings, weekends and holidays as needed -

Follow Spa service protocols

Knowledge of Spa and Genesis Health Club policies

Maintenance of client documentation

Attend training, education, meetings and events

Keep work space clean, organized and stocked with proper supplies

Strive to meet service and retail goals

Proactively recommend and sell retail to each client

Recommend future appointments to all clients based on skin care needs

Maintain consistent professional image and appearance

Must obtain CPR/AED certification with in 30 days of hire

The Milagro Spa operates within the Genesis Health Clubs with two locations in New Jersey and three more set to open in Kansas Fall of 2024. Milagro provides an experience unmatched by other spas in the area. Our highly trained technicians provide soothing massage to relax muscles and relieve body tension or facial or skin treatments designed to leave the skin looking younger, fresh and glowing. Continuing Education is a key component of working at the Milagro Spa keeps our service providers engaged and informed.
