We are hiring Full-Time Lawn Technicians to maintain lawns for dedicated routes in Raleigh, NC and the surrounding areas.

Monday-Friday, 10 Hour Workdays at Times; 40-hour work week with opportunity for overtime during peak seasons

Responsibilities

Provide an exceptional customer experience

Treat/spray all properties on day-to-day routes

Gather/mix all products needed for the day

Keep track of KPIs and manage time appropriately

Complete Enhancements as Required (aeration, aeration/overseeding, sod, etc).

Qualifications

Passion for working in the green industry

Previous experience in the turf care industry is a plus, but not required

Self-motivated and driven

Clean driving record and valid driver’s license

Ability to work well with customers and coworkers

Efficient and Detail Oriented

Knowledge of small engine maintenance is a plus

Knowledge of turf care treatments and standard practices is a plus

Applicants should not be impaired by recreational drugs, as the team works with dangerous equipment. We drug test before work starts and randomly after that. A thorough national background check will be performed, and applicants with a criminal history should disclose it during the phone interview.

Compensation: $17.00 - $22.00 per hour
