SUMMARY OF THE JOB:
Our sales philosophy is based on education about our product. We believe in developing relationships and lifelong customers. As an entry-level medical device sales professional, you will represent our company’s products and services, starting with a comprehensive understanding and leading to consumer research to identify how our solutions meet needs. Your main responsibility is to start the foundation of a positive new relationship with potential customers as well as following up on warm and/or new leads.
• Call on accounts; Do email introductions and follow ups on potential new customers
• Cold call on new accounts and discovery, and gather information for Account Manager to follow up
• CRM data entry and administrative duties
To be great at this job, you have excellent communication, teamwork, interpersonal, and customer service skills. You should also demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and have strong analytical skills. You have a strong understanding of the sales process, excelling at researching leads. You are a quick learner with the ability to discuss our products in a compelling way. You are excellent at building positive relationships and rapport with a variety of diverse customers (especially dental offices). You have a positive and “can-do” attitude. You have initiative and drive to work independently and collaborate with others.

POSITION TYPE/EXPECTED HOURS OF WORK:
Typical business hours 6:00 am to 5:00 p.m. You may need to adjust your schedule occasionally to reach customers in different time zones. Occasional evening and weekend work is required as job duties demand.
REQUIREMENTS:
A Bachelor's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related field.
2+ years sales experience in B2B.
Must have experience with sales tracking and CRM software. Must have MS Office Suite proficiency.
Prefer sales in the MEDICAL DEVICE industry. Prefer DENTAL OFFICE/industry knowledge.
Professional appearance REQUIRED – you are the “face” of the company.
Added value if you are bi-lingual.
