Spring College Intern in Camden County, NJ

At Soccer Shots, we are looking for the next key leader who wants to make a positive impact on children's lives through sport!

Working with children is something we don’t take lightly, and it’s imperative that you have a passion for teaching children, and understand how to use sports as a way to educate and enrich, and enjoy being active outside! Beyond the field, our team leaders contribute holistically to the growth of our business through vital contributions in project management (scheduling, customer communication, and marketing). We strive to be the BEST 30-45 minutes of every child's week and to serve every child in our region with their first soccer experience. If this excites you, you could be our next team leader!

    WE INVEST IN YOU:

Every Soccer Shots employee gets trained and certified through a comprehensive program based on early childhood education principles!

We make sure our staff stay at the top of their game through ongoing training and evaluations.

We provide opportunities to grow personally and professionally using GIANT Leadership Tools and EOS organizational systems.

Soccer Shots is an international franchise, where many owners and directors started out as coaches and interns.

This internship has a minimum standard of 25 hours/week and 500 hours for completion. This internship WILL require work on weekday evenings and weekends to serve families when they can play! However, we provide ample flexibility for administrative time (emphasizing marketing and communications as significant off field contributions for the spring/summer term), and all team leaders are currently working remotely for office and administrative responsibilities.

We will abide by your university standards for college credit if your standards are greater than the time commitments listed above.

The length of the internship term will run approximately 23 weeks from January 27th, 2025 to June 30th, 2025.

A reliable method of transportation is necessary.

Compensation (for those who are enrolled in an internship course): $15/hour during training & Lead Coach rate + $75/week stipend for administrative work + $1000 Tax Free Tuition Reimbursement at the completion of 500 hours when receiving university course credit for internship experience.

Compensation (for those who are NOT enrolled in an internship course): $15/hour during training + $22/hour Lead Coach rate + $75/week stipend for administrative work.

Lastly, we are always looking for great individuals, so if you have a friend who might be interested in part-time, intern, or full-time work, please point them our way! We’d love to meet them too!
