Alive Water is looking for a team member who has delivery driving experience, possesses leadership qualities, and are able to work independently as well as in a team setting.

• MUST live in any of the following OR surrounding Los Angeles communities AND have parking available: Silverlake, Echo Park, Lincoln Heights, East Los Angeles, Glassell Park, Cypress Park, Los Feliz, Highland Park, Eagle Rock, Glendale, Burbank, Pico-Union, Jefferson Park, University Park, Montecito Heights, Koreatown or Atwater Village

Responsibilities

Pick up, load/unload water jugs in provided van and carry (2) 28 lb. glass jugs (with handles) up/down stairs and/or long distances.

Transfer water pallet/s into van using a forklift

Perform routine safety inspections and preventative maintenance.

Maintain detailed driving logs which includes work periods, rest periods, and fuel expenses.

Comply with all company policies and driving laws.

Adhere to delivery schedules and routes.

MUST answer phone for job related calls.

MUST be a team player with a positive attitude.

Qualifications

Previous experience as a truck or delivery driver is preferred, but not required.

Familiarity with GPS systems and maps when GPS/network service is unavailable.

Compliant with all driving laws and regulations.

A clean driving record.

Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.

Punctual.

Dependable.

Problem-solver.

Good communication skills.
