    Senior Customer Service Representative Requisition Position Summary We are currently seeking a professional and energetic Senior Customer Service Representative (CSR)/Account Manager to join our growing team and act as a primary contact between our customers and our production staff. The Sr CSR candidate must possess a “can-do attitude and be able to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Experience and Skills • 10+ years of Customer Service and/or Inside Sales experience working with business-to-business customers, including handling customer inquiries, preparation of job quotes, and order inputting. Experience specifically in printing, mailing, and marketing is required. • Computer literate with proficiency in MS Office (i.e., PowerPoint, Word, and Excel), G-Mail, and the internet for research purposes. • Demonstrated experience proficiency with EFI Printsmith and the Adobe Suite software. • Professional appearance, excellent communication skills, and a strong sense of urgency to get things done. Be both honest and punctual. • Strong attention to detail and experience in managing multiple projects and deadlines for customer orders in a quality manner. • Ability to prioritize work, work independently with minimal supervision, and follow up on tasks in a timely fashion. • Ability to maintain a pleasant, outgoing demeanor and work in a team environment. Openness to train others and embrace learning new concepts for themselves. • Must be a team player willing to work with others to accomplish the job successfully. • Experience with cross-selling various products/services to any/all customers. Position Duties/Responsibilities The Sr CSR/Account Manager position is responsible for providing excellent customer communications, estimating and quoting orders directly to customers, processing and inputting orders, production planning interface, meeting deadlines, and ensuring all quality measures have been verified and confirmed. The Sr CSR/Account Manager position requires both in-person and telephone communication with customers. While some duties will require working with production staff and assisting customers, the primary job function is to work with customers to understand and satisfy their printing, signage, mailing, promotional, apparel, and other graphic-related needs. Compensation/Work Environment • We offer competitive base salaries, incentives, and a benefits package (to include 401(k) matching). • The typical work week is Monday through Friday, from 8 am to 5 pm. • Work attire is business casual (Allegra polos to be provided to employees). The Company culture and successful employees are/will be: • Detail-oriented -- quality and precision-focused • Stable -- traditional, stable, strong processes • People-oriented -- supportive and fairness-focused • Team-oriented -- cooperative and collaborative Responsibilities: Essential Job Duties include, but are not limited to, the following: • Develop positive relationships with existing and new customers by learning about and understanding their care-abouts, while fulfilling their short- and long-term business needs. • Answers in-person and telephone inquiries from customers and prospects, while advising them on the most effective and efficient ways to fulfill their requests. • Responsible for acquiring all required information from customers and preparing estimates and quotes for their review and approval. • Inputs customer orders into point-of-sale system and manages orders from data entry through production and delivery to the customer to ensure complete customer satisfaction. • Keeps up-to-date on job status on all active orders and addresses customer and production inquiries in a timely manner. • Analyzes current accounts to identify additional opportunities to develop new business from existing clients. • Identifies and sells prospective customers that visit the center, which are gained through networking, referrals, or other sources. • Revives inactive accounts via outbound telephone contacts. • Provide customer service support for house accounts, as assigned. • Perform all other duties, as may be necessary, from time to time Working/Environmental Requirements • Must be able to tolerate loud print production noises and printing materials. • Must maintain a professional appearance and demeanor. • Must have reliable transportation. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in customer service/account management, specific to the printing/marketing/mailing/apparel industry. • 6+ years of experience using PrintSmith EFI for quote creation through order completion. • 4+ years of experience using the entire Adobe Suite of software. Compensation: $24 - $26 hourly
