• Controller (Senior Accountants and Managers will be considered)
• Hybrid (2 days onsite), Tampa Bay Area
• 115-135k (higher salary dependent on experience) + 10% bonus + 401k match

What You'll Do:

• Oversee day-to-day accounting operations, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Manage financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting to support our strategic goals.
• Develop and implement robust internal controls and processes to streamline operations.
• Lead the month-end close process and prepare detailed financial statements for stakeholders.

What We’re Looking For:

• Proven experience as an Accounting Controller or in a similar role, preferably within a SaaS or tech startup.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and ERP systems; experience with [specific tools, if applicable].
