Contract Length: 6-months

Position Summary

The Business Analyst will be supporting the Third-party applications department. In this role the BA will be working on the decommissioning or retirement of applications. This position will require the candidate to be local to Nashville, TN.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates discussion and organizes methodical approach to data review, validation and entry.
• Relies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
• Be able to effectively communicate across all levels
• Performs a variety of tasks.  

Requirements

• Requires a bachelor's degree in area of specialty and at least 5 years of experience in IT/Data or in a related area.
• Preferred knowledge of ITSM (ServiceNow), Process Improvement, excellent written and verbal communication.
• Self-starter with an executive presence and able to meet and talk with associates of all levels.
• Confident, well-spoken with excellent writing skills.
• A certain degree of creativity is required and candidate should be accomplished in verbal/written communication.
• Need to understand system integration data flows and typical design considerations
