    Hiring on behalf of a client for the role of:

    Sr. Business Development Manager- Insurance Domain

    We are looking for someone with expertise in the insurance domain, who can focus on the Caribbean market and bring in new prospects or add logos (from Caribbean region)

    Candidate should be from Sales and insurance domain background, experience in selling of Insurance product (Like LMS, banking applications etc.)

    Seeking candidates from the Caribbean region or willing to relocate from India (company will sponsor Visa if needed and travel expenses).

    Essential Responsibilities:

     Responsible for prospecting, qualifying, selling, and closing new logo clients into Insurance industry  Develop and maintain technical and marketing knowledge of the entire portfolio of offerings with major focus being on Software Services and Staffing.  Build relationships with key executives and decision makers within assigned accounts  Form strategic account plans including customer profiles, targeted programs, application descriptions, forecast reports, and action items  Design efficient sales strategies to maximize the client / prospect outreach through various methodologies and techniques.  Conduct and participate into Trade-Exhibitions, Webinars, Presentations and client engagement programs to hunt and attract the right set of clients  Maintain Salesforce CRM system with accurate customer and pipeline information.

     Successful track record of selling Software Services and Professional Services to clients  Understanding of Insurance vertical and industry trends  Experience building relationships, networking and influencing CXOs and senior business decision-makers  Outstanding written and oral communication skills; able to adapt communication style to multiple stakeholders and cultures  Experienced and adept at aligning teams to work toward a common goal; consistently demonstrates strong people management skills  Possess a minimum of 8 years' experience managing complex clients and sales cycles
