    Job Description

    The ideal candidate will have previous experience developing executive-level brand materials across multiple media types, inclusive of presentations/live events, email campaigns, front-end website design, white papers and more. Also important in this role is the ability to work well with others and approach all projects with an inquisitive nature and strategic mindset. They will partner with members of our Operations & Technology executive team and other technical leads to create clear and consistent visual design standards. They will develop, execute, and refine visuals that promote awareness, understanding, and usage of new technologies across a variety of media.

    Objectives of this role

    • Develop comprehensive visual designs that meets organizational standards
    • Build a design practice to support a newly defined group within the organization that works cohesively with existing internal branding
    • Gain deep understanding of cutting-edge products and services, and translate complex information into simple, polished, engaging content
    • Bring a creative mindset to IT technology communications to drive engagement and continue to develop trust between users and our technical solutions
    • Evaluate current content and develop innovative methods for improvement

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate closely with executive leaders, technical experts, and cross-functional teams to produce unified and impactful visual content.
    • Design internal communication methods and create a repeatable operating rhythm to sustain them (ie. Newsletters, intranet site, etc.)
    • Generate and lead innovative ideas for content, workflow solutions, and alternative communication delivery methods (e.g., non-email)
    • Determine the clearest and most logical way to present information for greatest reader comprehension.
    • Develop content to support executive-level presentations, live events, and interactive demos/labs.
  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • 5+ years of professional graphic design experience, with a strong portfolio showcasing a range of projects. Portfolio must include presentation deck development examples.
    • Strong presentation tool proficiency (PowerPoint preferred).
    • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Figma and other design tools.
    • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and foster a collaborative environment that encourages creativity and high performance.
    • Proven ability to quickly learn and understand complex subject matter.
    • Strong written communication skills, with a keen eye for detail (both written and visual).
    • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
    • Ability to establish and maintain strong relationships.
    • Ability and the desire to guide other designers in the development of visual projects.

    Preferred Skills & Qualifications

    • Experience in digital design, including UI/UX principles, and video production is a plus.
    • Experience designing for executive-level/c-suite customers a plus.
    • Up to date on the latest design trends including AI-assisted creative work
    • Experience in working with Engineers/Technical Leads to improve user experience and create engaging visuals and diagrams for technical support content

    Additional Requirements:

    Hybrid : This position has been designated as hybrid, generally contributing from the office a minimum of three days per week.
