HCT seeks an experienced nursing professional to serve as the interim Senior Director, Emergency Department at a 300+ bed hospital in Delaware.

Requirements:

• Education: MSN or BSN with MBA
• Experience: Minimum of 5 years of progressive leadership experience and previous manager and 5 years in progressive nursing leadership roles
• License: Active Compact RN License
• Certifications: BLS through American Heart Association
• Computer Skills: EMR experience and Microsoft Office suite (e.g., MS Word, MS PowerPoint, etc.)

Expenses covered while on assignment include housing, airfare and rental car.
