Position: Senior Electrical Engineer

Your Role:
As a Senior Electrical Engineer, you will lead project-level electrical engineering activities and manage multiple office project executions. You will ensure all engineering work is completed on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with client and company standards. This role demands a comprehensive understanding of electrical design and engineering techniques. Key responsibilities include:
Planning schedules and budgets, supporting proposals, modifying drawings, specifications, and calculations.
Leading the design team in innovative approaches to streamline deliverables.
Collaborating with the Department Manager to produce design packages that meet client quality, schedule, and cost criteria.
Independently interfacing with clients on electrical aspects of projects.
Leading a team of electrical engineers and designers on major projects.
Defining scope of work, preparing estimates, and scheduling for electrical engineering tasks.
Preparing accurate and complete designs and calculations to meet project requirements.
Coordinating with other disciplines to ensure effective quality product.
Conducting field investigations and producing detailed field reports.
Staying updated on new engineering processes, techniques, and standards.
Developing and recommending improvements in engineering and design standards.
Investigating and resolving unusual design and field engineering problems.
Providing technical guidance to co-workers and collaborating with the design team.
Generating work-hour estimates and forecasts, and adhering to budget and schedule responsibilities.
Facilitating multiple office project execution.
Performing other duties as assigned.
Your Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electrical Engineering Technology, or equivalent.
10-12 years of experience in the architectural/engineering industry.
Experience in industrial, biotech, pharmaceutical, and food facilities is beneficial.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and AutoCAD; Revit experience is a plus.
Professional Engineering license required.

Expected compensation range is between $121,000 - $145,000 annually/hourly depending on skills, experience, and geographical location.
