We are seeking an experienced Electrical Engineer to manage and optimize high-voltage electrical infrastructure (3000KV+) at a large GMP manufacturing facility. This role involves troubleshooting, improving reliability, and supporting the installation, commissioning, and validation of electrical systems. You’ll collaborate across teams and lead projects that ensure operational excellence and compliance.
Key Responsibilities:- Maintain and troubleshoot electrical systems (3000KV+, 480V+ panels, VFDs).
- Develop and execute validation protocols and site electrical standards.
- Lead electrical design, installation, commissioning, and validation efforts.
- Support facilities operations by resolving issues and optimizing power systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and guide junior engineers/electricians.
- Manage projects, ensuring budgets, timelines, and compliance are met.
Qualifications:- Required:
- Bachelor’s in Electrical Engineering or related field with 7+ years of experience.
- Expertise in high-voltage systems, VFD programming, and control panel wiring.
- Familiarity with FDA GMP/EMA regulations and validation processes.
- Strong project management and communication skills.
- Preferred:
- Experience with DeltaV, PLCs, or SCADA systems.
- Background in GMP biotech/pharma environments and regulatory inspections.
