About the Company
Compensation is one of the most powerful tools for driving performance – but today, even the most sophisticated investment firms struggle to make data-driven comp decisions.
Our client is changing that. They are the first executive compensation platform purpose-built for private equity-backed businesses, offering proprietary data and intuitive tools that help firms and portfolio companies attract top talent, structure competitive offers, and align incentives for maximum impact.
They’re backed by leading investors and already work with some of the most respected names in private equity, including Advent, Apax, Bain Capital, Francisco Partners, KKR, Permira, and TPG. Their traction highlights their product-market fit, and we’re scaling fast.
If you're excited about working in a high-growth, data-driven environment and want to help leading investors and CEOs redefine executive compensation, we’d love to meet you.
