Primary Position Responsibilities:

• Perform commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service of pharmaceutical filling equipment at customer sites.

• Deliver exceptional customer support, aiming to exceed expectations and ensure satisfaction.

• Work with cross-functional teams and customers to support continuous improvement efforts.

• Adhere to safety and regulatory standards while managing on-site personnel and subcontractors.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:

• Technical certification with 8+ years or associate degree with 6+ years in capital equipment service.

• Proficient in PLC/PC systems for scheduling, integration, and report generation.

• Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and wearing industrial PPE, including cleanroom attire.

• Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; self-driven and adaptable.

Special Considerations:

• Willingness to work overtime as needed.

• Open to frequent domestic and international travel
