Primary Position Responsibilities:
Perform commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and service of pharmaceutical filling equipment at customer sites.
Deliver exceptional customer support, aiming to exceed expectations and ensure satisfaction.
Work with cross-functional teams and customers to support continuous improvement efforts.
Adhere to safety and regulatory standards while managing on-site personnel and subcontractors.
Knowledge, Skills, and Experience:
Technical certification with 8+ years or associate degree with 6+ years in capital equipment service.
Proficient in PLC/PC systems for scheduling, integration, and report generation.
Physically capable of lifting 50 lbs and wearing industrial PPE, including cleanroom attire.
Strong problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills; self-driven and adaptable.
Special Considerations:
Willingness to work overtime as needed.
Open to frequent domestic and international travel
