Job Title: Senior Manager of Digital Marketing
Compensation: $150k-$180k Annual Salary

About the Role:
The Digital Marketing Senior Manager is responsible for leading 360 digital marketing strategy for the U.S. and Canada, including social media, CRM, website & e-commerce management, delivery partnerships and digital paid media. This role requires strong data and analytics skills and people and agency management experience to build the team and support the VP in developing a multi-year vision for digital growth.
Responsibilities:
Strategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that drives brand KPIs, guest engagement, and revenue growth
Develop crisis management protocols for digital platforms to protect the brand’s reputation
Spearhead the development of new digital initiatives, including but not limited to new platforms for data and analytics and content management system
Lead creative and performance strategies of digital efforts for all brand and local restaurant marketing campaigns
CRM & Guest Engagement:
Oversee the development and implementation of CRM strategies to enhance guest retention, loyalty, and lifetime value
Collaborate with the guest service team to ensure that guest feedback is integrated into digital strategies and that CRM tools are optimized for maximum impact
Paid Media Management:
Manage external agency to plan, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns across digital channels, including search, display, social, and programmatic advertising
Lead day-to-day operations of paid media campaigns from briefing creative, copywriting/copy editing, to uploading to Meta Creative Hub
Website Management:
Implement SEO best practices to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings
Collaborate with digital creative agency to update creative and build seamless user experience, including careers page
Performance Optimization:
Oversee social media associate (content & community) and social media strategy from a performance perspective, setting growth goals and growth campaigns
Develop and implement robust tracking and reporting procedures to measure the success of digital campaigns, utilizing data insights to optimize campaigns in real-time and ensure maximum ROI
Collaborate with Marketing & Communications team to drive third-party delivery partnership campaigns and digital sales growth
Team Management & Development:
Foster a data-driven culture within the team and agencies, emphasizing the importance of analytics in guiding decision-making.
Lead and mentor social media associate, fostering a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or a related field; MBA or equivalent advanced degree preferred.
Must have 10-12 years of experience in digital marketing, with a proven track record in a management role preferably within the restaurant or food and beverage industry. Experience managing delivery/3rd party channel partnerships is strongly preferred.
Expertise in CRM tools, social media platforms, digital advertising, SEO/SEM, content management systems, and analytics tools. E-commerce experience is a plus.
At least 6 years of demonstrated experience leading a digital marketing team and driving large-scale digital initiatives.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
A deep passion for the restaurant industry, technology and a keen understanding of food culture.
Highly motivated and able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.
