Your Career
We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineering Manager – CPQ to lead our Salesforce CPQ initiatives and drive the transformation of our quote-to-cash (Q2C) ecosystem. In this role, you will be responsible for managing multiple high-impact Salesforce CPQ projects, ensuring they align with business objectives and technical best practices. You will lead a high-performing engineering team, optimize CPQ architecture, and collaborate closely with IT & Business stakeholders to enhance quoting, pricing, and approval workflows. Experience with Logik.io or other advanced configuration engines is a strong plus.
As we move towards Salesforce Revenue Cloud, you will help shape the strategic vision and execution roadmap, ensuring our systems remain agile and future-ready in a fast-paced, high-demand environment. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership acumen, and the ability to execute multiple projects in parallel with quick context switching.
This role reports to the Sr. Director of IT Applications.

Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $178,000/YR - $288,000/YR.
