Qualifications
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Facilities Management, Operations, Business Administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., LEED, FMP, or CFM) are preferred.
- Experience: Minimum of 10+ years of experience in facilities management.
- Solid understanding of health, safety, and environmental regulations and standards.
- Certifications: Relevant certifications (e.g., ISO, J-SOX, risk management) preferred
- Knowledge of corporate governance, compliance, and business risk management frameworks.
- Strong leadership and team management experience and skills, with the ability to lead a team of professionals required.
- In-depth knowledge of building systems, maintenance, and operations.
- Ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, ensuring timely and efficient execution with expertise in budgeting, cost control, reporting, vendor management required.
- Proven experience in construction management with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge with HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems.
- Experience working with security systems, including access control and video surveillance.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Ability to communicate and collaborate effectively with senior executives and business units.
- Proficient in facilities management software (AutoCAD, SolidWorks, etc) and Microsoft Office Suite required.
- Proven experience in planning and executing office relocations or moves, including coordination of logistics, space planning, and vendor management.
- Occasional travel may be required for site visits or vendor meetings.

The expected salary for this position is $157,395.00 - 267,595.00.
