Palo Alto Networks is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Sr. Manager, Technical Program Management to join our exciting, fast growing company. This dynamic individual will be leading a highly experienced team of Technical Program Managers and will be a liaison between Software Engineering and Product Management with a focus on high quality, on-time successful releases. The ideal candidate should be hands on and ready to lead key programs in addition to leading the team. This position reports to the Sr Director of Product Operations and is based at our headquarters in Santa Clara, CA.

You will be expected to be versed in the technical domains and be able to engage with an experienced cross-disciplinary staff to conceive and design innovative products that will secure our digital life. We are looking for someone with strong critical thinking and analytical skills, who is a self-starter, a great communicator and has demonstrated ability to build consensus at all levels, and is passionate about driving change in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Compensation Disclosure
The compensation offered for this position will depend on qualifications, experience, and work location. For candidates who receive an offer at the posted level, the starting base salary (for non-sales roles) or base salary + commission target (for sales/commissioned roles) is expected to be between $205000/YR - $244000/YR. The offered compensation may also include restricted stock units and a bonus. A description of our employee benefits may be found here.
