Key Responsibilities
- Develop innovative media strategies that complement integrated advertising campaigns
- Execute hands-on campaign management from planning through optimization
- Create compelling media recommendations, POVs, and competitive analysis presentations
- Analyze campaign performance metrics to identify opportunities and drive improvements that exceed client KPIs
- Cultivate strong relationships with media vendors and keep internal teams informed of industry developments
- Present media recommendations, campaign analyses, and strategic insights directly to clients
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate media reporting with other analytics, developing effective data visualizations and presentations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree with 4-6 years of experience in media planning/buying
- Minimum 2+ years of digital media experience
- Proven track record managing campaigns with annual budgets of $1MM+
- Experience planning and executing multi-channel media campaigns across diverse platforms
- Expert in end-to-end digital campaign management, optimization, and performance reporting
- Strong analytical skills to interpret data and improve client ROI
- Proficiency with Google Analytics and related web analytics tools
- Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills with exceptional written and verbal communication abilities
- Experience with syndicated media research tools (Resonate, MRI, Scarborough, SQAD, Vivix, etc.)
- Excellent organizational skills to manage multiple projects while maintaining attention to detail, deadlines, and budgets
