    REQUIREMENT

    Sr.Network Engineer Houston TX (Locals Only) Contract to HIRE

    Need Only GCs / USCs for this role.

    Need Overall 10+ yrs of experience is MUST

    Responsibilities:

    Design, implement, and manage complex enterprise-level networks, ensuring high availability, redundancy, and robust security.

    Conduct in-depth network performance analysis, recommending and implementing strategic enhancements to improve functionality and efficiency.

    Provide expert technical support for network connectivity or related network issues for the user community.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective network solutions.

    Lead network technology evaluations, perform network equipment and software upgrades, patches, and bug fixes.

    Develop comprehensive network test plans, conduct testing, and document results.

    Provide technical leadership and mentoring to junior team members.

    Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging network technologies and recommend adoption as appropriate.

    Manage and resolve complex network-related incidents and problems in a timely and accurate fashion.

    Qualifications:

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

    Minimum of 5 years of experience in network engineering, with specific expertise in Cisco ACI.

    Strong knowledge of network protocols, LAN/WAN technologies, and network infrastructure.

    Proficient in network design and management, with a focus on high-availability and scalable systems.

    Demonstrated experience with network troubleshooting, performance tuning, and monitoring tools.

    Strong understanding of network security principles and implementation.

    Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues.

    Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

    Professional certifications such as CCNP, CCIE, or equivalent are highly desirable.

    Must be a team player with a positive attitude, strong interpersonal skills, and a commitment to customer service.
