Your Role:

• Build and optimize the NodeJS-based backend that powers the company’s AI-driven automation platform.

• Develop and scale RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and backend automation to support real-time customer interactions.

• Enhance and refine the NodeJS logic layer, ensuring seamless integration with AI, CRM systems, and automation tools.

• Work with real-time communication systems and data pipelines to improve customer hand-off and service efficiency.

• Collaborate with a fast-paced, energetic team that thrives on face-to-face interactions and bold ideas.

• Work closely with AI and Machine Learning engineers to optimize backend AI performance (experience in AI/ML is a plus, but not required).

What You’ll Need:

• Strong JavaScript and NodeJS expertise, with experience in backend-focused development.

• Hands-on experience with RESTful APIs, WebSockets, and real-time communication systems.

• Experience building scalable, high-performance backend services.

• Bonus skills: AI/ML and Python experience, though not required.
