What will you be doing?

Direct activities and resources to ensure alignment with the mission, values, and objectives of the organization. Participates in the strategic plans of the organization by assisting in the development of specific objectives and achieving plan goals. Under the general direction of the Chief Nursing Officer, the Senior Nursing Officer develops, implements, leads, and evaluates all aspects of management and ensures the provision of quality patient /family centered care for the Medical-Surgical, Telemetry, Intensive Care, and Intermediate Care Units.
