    Job Description

    We are seeking a seasoned Senior Product Manager (Individual Contributor) with strong product sense and a proven track record of delivering high-impact digital experiences. This role will drive our generative AI conversational commerce initiatives, shaping the future of how customers engage with AI-powered ordering across drive-thru, mobile, web, kiosk, and POS.

    The ideal candidate blends technical expertise and strategic thinking with a sharp intuition for both customer and crew needs. They navigate trade-offs between experience, speed, and operational efficiency with precision, leveraging a deep understanding of AI-driven commerce trends to drive innovation and deliver measurable business impact. You will define, build, and scale seamless, intuitive, and high-converting conversational ordering experiences that blend cutting-edge AI with business strategy.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Product Strategy & Roadmap: Define and execute the strategy for AI-driven conversational commerce for your assigned area, ensuring an intuitive and engaging customer experience while delivering measurable business impact.
    • **Deep Product Sense & Customer-Centric Thinking: **Develop a keen understanding of customer behaviors in digital ordering. You make data-informed yet intuitive decisions to optimize AI-driven interactions.
    • Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of AI-powered ordering experiences, optimizing for speed, accuracy, and engagement.
    • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with engineering, design, marketing, and operations to drive execution and adoption of AI commerce products.
    • User Experience & Optimization: Leverage data-driven insights, A/B testing, and user feedback to refine conversational flows and improve conversion rates.
    • Performance & KPIs: Define and track key success metrics such as order accuracy, speed, user engagement, and revenue impact, ensuring data-driven decision-making.
    • Market & Competitive Analysis: Stay ahead of conversational AI trends, competitive offerings, and emerging platforms to identify opportunities for innovation.
    • Stakeholder Management : Engage with internal stakeholders and external partners to gather insights, build relationships, and drive adoption of conversational commerce solutions.

    The expected salary range for this role is $149,260 - $190,310 ** __** per year

  • Qualifications

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in business, Product, Engineering, or a related field. An MBA or equivalent is preferred.
    • Minimum of 8 years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and managing digital products, ideally in AI-driven digital commerce, conversational AI, or voice interfaces.
    • Have exceptional product sense—you instinctively understand what makes a great customer experience and can translate that into highly engaging AI interactions.
    • Deep understanding of conversational AI, voice recognition technologies, and the digital commerce landscape.
    • Have shipped complex AI-powered products, balancing business goals, customer needs, and technical constraints.
    • Are highly analytical and comfortable using experimentation, behavioral data, and qualitative insights to inform decisions.
    • Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and influence high-performing product and engineering teams.
    • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, capable of working effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners.
    • Innovative thinker with the ability to identify opportunities for growth and improvement within the product and market.
    • Experience in agile development methodologies and user-centered design practices.
